The 50:50 joint-venture company, FOCUS-ON VoF, is supported in strategic matters by an elected Steering Committee comprising of the two Board Members each from KROHNE Group and SAMSON Group.
The Management of FOCUS-ON VoF is responsible for the execution of its strategy and overseeing operations ranging from R&D to Business Development & Marketing.
